Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return products supplied by RNA Stationers Blueberry Hill (Pty) Ltd within fourteen (7) days of receipt if:

We have supplied the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged. In either case we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.
If you are not satisfied with your choice and the product is still in mint condition, (Unopened and in its original packaging) you may return it and we will refund you the purchase price (excluding delivery costs).
DVD's, CD's and Games - These products can only be returned if unopened (still sealed). You must notify us within 14 days of dispatch that you intend to return the item. We will refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs.
Digital Content - No refunds will be made on digital content.
